First I want to apologize, this review is way overdue. I have been ordering from PinkCherry for years. Their products usually at least meet or exceed my expectations. Once I ordered something and was baffled as to how to charge it, customer service was so quick to respond and helpful and the problem was solved in minutes. If you have questions and want to speak to someone, they are very approachable and friendly and will not make you feel embarrassed or awkward. So if you're thinking of getting something discreetly (it comes very plainly wrapped and unidentifiable as to what's inside), this is a great company to deal with.
