Excellent Service for my Wedding
I did quite a bit of research for a limo company to choose for my October 2015 wedding and First Glance Limousine was the company with the best and most consistent reviews. Before I had even contacted the company I was confident that I was heading in the right direction by choosing them.
I contacted First Glance and spoke to Mardy Dixon a week before my wedding and he was great. He took his time to detail the benefits of choosing First Glance, answering all questions I had and responding to emails promptly. Although we were on a tight schedule with the wedding quickly approaching, he allowed me a couple of days to continue to do my research before making a decision. Overall I really appreciated the fact that never once did I feel pressured to go with First Glance, although it was obviously the company to go with!
The day of service by our driver was excellent. He arrived on time, was kind, funny and well prepared. The limo was in mint condition and he even took the time to thank and congratulate us after we had arrived at the venue. I would definitely recommend First Glance to anyone who is looking for 3 things: i) excellent customer service ii) professional staff (customer service and drivers) and iii) a stress free transportation experience on your wedding day.
