They are superficial and not particularly cheap. The do do oil changes, so if you groove on the experience of an oil change, this is one of many places where you can flip out.
Beware of aggressive up-sells. Check under you car for leaks afterwards (only oil spilled down the block in my case). These guys are not mechanics, so be wary of any "recommendations".
They have $19 coupon oil changes, ad at that price, there is acceptable value in their service so-long as you keep an eye on things. I simply cannot believe some of the other reviews on them here.
