Went to Lima without an appointment. Was treated Royally by the owner Jose Lima, who immediately diagnosed/appraised my car. He immediately assigned it to one of his mechanics who fixed what I thought was a major disaster. Doug fixed the problem and refused to charge me for his 30 minutes of analysis and labour (OH they use Snap on Tools - must mean they are TOP GUNS). After the repair Jose did not want to take payment for this First Class Service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lima Auto Body to anyone.
