DiCarlo was a company originally recommended by a neighbour and I hired them to do a minor $2,200 tuck pointing job on some areas of my house. Upon further inspection of the house, major foundational issues were discovered and the job turned into a major $20,000 + job. DiCarlo was very professional in outlining a new contract, explaining in detail what his plan was and trying to be as economical as possible. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, the constant communication that occurred when new issues had to be discussed, the speed at which he worked and the cleanliness that they left the work site everyday. DiCarlo went above and beyond by doing things like replacing already broken vents, upgrading brick window sills with limestone, and caulking around window frames. None of these extras were originally outlined in the contract. The work that was done gives me a feeling of relief that my house is now safe.
