Dissatisfied

This is the third time I picked up dinner to take home to my family of 5 and was missing items I ordered and paid for this year alone. Had to drive back to pick up the rest of my order. Tonight I did not even get an apology from the staff. The procedures for ensuring accuracy in take out orders needs to be reviewed for improvement. Also further training to the young staff on how to appropriately deal with customers when an error was made in their order. A sincere apology and perhaps how they will improve their service to their customers. For example. I will bring to my manager to review and look for ways we can improve to avoid this happening in the future.
