Although my remote control on the fireplace end up being faulty only after a month of use, but as soon as I advised them, they replaced it with a brand new one and everything seems to be working great. I am glad I got my gas fireplace installed as we are experiencing a very cold winter this year and this puts my mind at ease in case of a black out like we experienced years ago with no heat.
