Lacks in many ways, rude when you have complained dog not done right. Yet alone too many dogs for one person too do.
Had an amazing staff previous too new hires who are clueless and cant even do dog nails properly now .
When use too get done every two weeks . Was told dogs nails couldnt be done ???? Seriously wake up I know my dog.

I would kindly like too ask for my belongings back from working at your store . I have asked I have written letters . And no reply. Nancy said would arrange and now also will no longer reply. As a business owner this shows clearly how staff is treated with no care.
You took upon yourselves too treat me wrongfully and keeping my belongings is stealing. I have kindly asked for my dog ramp, my water cooler, my blsck light money detector, and my fish tank items. This is how Urban pets dismisses an employee when they knew full well I was in a dinner meeting with hubbys work. And dropped my severence no notice no convo nothing trepass in my backyard to do so. After a 1 yr and 8 months yup tastefully done. Worked many weeks and months pretty much only person on shift sometimes 90-120 hrs not paid properly not paid vacation pay and had too go too labout board too file against them. I also many times asked for help due too being exhausted ended Emerg due too stress and over worked. I also worked on medication after an infection and more .
Thankfully I am grateful they let me go considering. I now have a wonderful job paid properly get paid my overtime and proper lunch breaks.
