I've brought my Edge to Woodridge ford several times, I can't believe the service Levels, I have received.
They have crashed my Sync system now twice, the first time it was just a super long wait, this time they made me come back.
After broken promises of a quick drop off, a delivery time, and finally not even fixing the issue with my vehicle, I told them to pick me up, which i had to call back and remind them to come pick me up so I could get my Edge. Completely ruined my day as I was expecting it back at 12, and its now 2 hours past when it should have been completed, and its not even fixed, making me have to go to ANOTHER ford dealer for the third time.
I hope they enjoy another bad BBB complaint cause that's next on my list.
