I hadn't cleaned the furnace & ducts in my home since I moved in about 5 years ago. Not only that, but I have 3 kids and 3 dogs. Duct cleaning was long overdue! I am very conscientious about the ecological footprint I leave. I did some research and in speaking with Jeff he explained why the process and products they use are more environmentally friendly than other options. I was sold!
Jeff, Dave, and Sean were so efficient and professional. When Jeff took off the panel covers of the furnace and showed me the accumulated dirt and dust I was disgusted. I had been recirculating that filth through my house for the past 5 years. Jeff also pointed out something about my furnace that may become an issue in the future. It was nice to have a heads up and I will be better prepared to deal with it if/when something occurs. Jeff also showed me air leaks in the furnace, making it less efficient and more costly, and he sealed those up.

I held off turning my furnace on until I had the the furnace & ducts cleaned. What a difference it made when I turned it on! There wasn't that dusty, stale smell. The smell was refreshingly! The quality of the air seems so much better.
Jeff also followed up a few days later to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results. Now that is customer service! I am very impressed with Jeff and his team and will definitely use them again and refer them to friends Thanks guys!!
