A most horrible experience. I asked for the cheapest way to send a parcel and she ignored my question and gave me another price. I said this was not the price as I knew it to be about $2.00 more than when I have posted it at other stations. I then said OK when she up-sold me !! :)
Then when the final price was arrived at she said it was $3.69 cents more. I said you said it would be $2.00 more. When she saw that I was upset she said "so what I am bad at math".
Three customers in front of me were also up-sold. She then put the sticker stamp on the parcel. I said take it off and I left.
