convenient service department;...

The service department is fairly convenient; it's clean and spacious with lots of waiting room and a shuttle service in case the time to complete your service appointment is long, which, sadly it likely will be. I've been bringing my vehicle here for many years and I've noticed that the quality of the work has been declining recently. Service appointments that used to be completed in a timely manner now take the better part of an entire day. Routine maintenance is sloppily done: oil drips from the oil filter canister under the car because the technician couldn't be bothered to wipe it clean, cabin air filters installed haphazardly so that they're damaged, TPMS not reprogrammed with seasonal tire changes (even though the extra charge is on the work order), etc.

Unfortunately, the main advantages of servicing your vehicle here, namely the convenience and (hopefully) expertise of experienced technicians are no longer the case.
