Dumps illegally on residential...
Poor quality of work, leaves the site horribly messy with garbage scattered.
What is worst, is I saw him dump construction garbage (nails, pieces of wood, cement, and Styrofoam) over a fence into a residential yard.
Horrible quality of work from a poorly run business.

The timing of the review posting and a small green belt next to your property indicates this is your review.
Your project was 100% funded by the government. You did not have to pay a single penny from your pocket.
I had to shut down your work four days before finishing as you did not pay even though you received money from the government.
You gave me a cheque that was returned back by the bank indicating that the bank account was not traceable. That is fraud. I lost total confidence in you in regard to receiving payment for the work done. You never replied back to any messages of mine to the point that I had to fill up all the paperwork for the government and send it to them at your request.
My contract clearly indicated the times when the payment was due. It was your responsibility to pay when the work reached a certain point. That never happened.
I have about 600 pictures of the project till the last day we walked off due to non payment.
About the green belt , it is just a dumping ground where there is food garbage & soiled diapers and other garbage thrown there. I can pass by and take a picture of the area and post it on my website if you want everyone to see it. We did not dump anything there.
There is still money owed to me in this project.
