WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I took a jacket in to get the zipper replaced and the woman insisted it didn't need replacing and would just "fix" the existing one. Well this fix which cost $20 lasted about a week before the zipper completely broke. I brought the jacket back to get the zipper replaced and was completely shocked when she informed it would cost $70. I figured the cost was justified since I wore the jacket nearly every day and assumed I wouldn't run into any problems with it at after this. When I brought the jacket home and looked at the work she had done I was beyond infuriated. She replaced the SILVER zipper with a GOLD one, meanwhile the entire jacket is covered with SILVER hardware. When I brought the jacket back to show this woman she insisted that I would need to obtain a zipper from the manufacturer of the jacket as it was "bronze" and it is not possible for her to get one. Does this make any sense? Absolutely not. Had she done her job properly and just replaced the silver zipper with a silver one there would not be an issue. I guess this woman is too lazy to get a silver one and figured she could just use a gold one she had laying around and I wouldn't notice. WRONG. This is absolutely shameful to be charging $70 to replace a zipper and it is the wrong colour, and to make absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. Aside from these experiences, my daughter brought in her winter coat previous to this and was charged $25 to "fix" a zipper and it is still BROKEN. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.
