Major Pool construction and full landscaping project: Wrong concrete pebble liner colour; Poor return line design; Poor equipment selection advice; Poor pool deck levelling; did not provide adequate and legal code required ventilation for pool heater; poor front yard landscaping which allowes water to drain back into the garage; poor selection of very expensive flagstone which immediately started to crack in multiple places after installation. And the best: Refused to service my pool equipment which was bought and fully paid for from Gib San. There are no excuses for shoddy workmanship, a know- it -all attitude and unprofessional after sales service.
