I am lucky to have bought my first two vehicles at import motors. Markus truly is a professional and considerate salesman. When buying my first (2007 Toyota Camry) Markus was very informative. He explained the ins and outs of everything I didn't understand, like how financing interest and credit reports work. He even taught me how to drive manual. Being my first financed car he suggested I get gap insurance on it to ensure I was not at a loss in case the car was in a write off accident. Sure enough 7 months later driving through the snow I slid and was in a collision. Thank god Markus talked me into that gap insurance, because I was able to drive off in a 2008 Subaru Forester within 2 weeks of the accident. I could only imagine now the grief I would have felt taking the bus to work and paying off the rest of a car I only had for half a year. Thanks again Markus your a life saver. Ill be seeing you again when I decide to upgrade from the Subaru. =D
