first of all considering you were there more than a month early maybe they just didn't have stock in yet .... they don't make the costumes i would assume so you can blame shipping companies for not getting your costumes. However I must agree that the owner was absolutely disrespectful and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing nor did she want to help me, as she passed off everything to her staff even though they were busy. As for the staff, most just didn't know what's going on .... they seem to try and rely on others for answers when I asked them where things are and if they had certain things ....
