I had hoped to buy a new microwave tray today, at the location inside Trail Appliances south. Instead, I walked out after experiencing the rudest customer service ever. I ddin't have the make and model number, but rather than explaining civily what was required, I was scolded by their salesperson, who then walked away, muttering "I don't have time for this."

Pricy but well worth it we frequently visit this restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food the finest.

The specialty, Beef Wellington, is a "must try" and the steaks are always perfectly done. Prepared at your table Ceasar Salad is a tasty start to the meal. And, the waiter will happily tailor it to your specifics.

It lost 1/2 a star for ambience and decor. Wellinton's, the 80's called, and they want you back. An update of the interior and perhaps a bit more space would make this the perfect location.

My husband and I bought two lemons, er, cars here several years ago. I bought a one year old Concorde and he bought a brand new Intrepid.

Not only were the cars lemons, the after sales service was so bad we had to threaten a lawsuit to get satisfaction.

Clinic owner, Dr. Bregliano is a fabulous vet who obviously cares about the animals he treats. He's made a couple of very tricky diagnosis on our pets, and he's always been correct.

My special order for a Claddagh ring was placed efficiently and promised arrival before Christmas 2008, a gift for my daughter.

It was all good, until my husband brought the ring home, it was presented to him in a small, zip loc plastic bag, the size of a postage stamp, no gift box, no proper presentation.

I emailed the company and they promised a response in 3 business days. It was 5 and from the wrong branch of the store.
