Frustrating Friday!!!!!!
We have bought several items from Tepperman's and have been very pleased with the items and the service we received. The last items were pedestals for our washer and dryer for which we paid extra for delivery and installation. On the first use of the washer, plus pedestal, we heard a very loud and noisy vibration when it hit the spin cycle. Upon inspection by my husband he noticed that one leveling foot of the washer was not proper;y adjusted. Also one leveling foot of the pedestal was not touching the floor.Also the vent hose on the dryer was not properly re-attached.
We assumed that Justin V. and Brent knew how to install these pedestal, but if my husband had not been available to provide some tools, i.e. a level and wrench, the problem would have been magnified.
When the vibration occurred today I phoned the store for advice only to be told to phone Customer Care,when I asked for help from the installers. They told me to call LG who in turn told me to phone...

Thankfully my husband was able to remedy the situation and I was able to complete the wash. As we are both retirees this kind of situation is very frustrating and physically difficult for us to remedy.
