Bad service in the print shop

Around 3;00 on May 28, 2010 A 73 year old lady and I entered the Staples on Saint James, to see if we could get some printing done for her Wedding. At home I had typed two invitations on letter paper. I asked if the people in the back could print the picture I had taken on a glossy paper. The older man didn't know if they could do this. We were told no that they had no paper. Then a girl came and asked if this is the paper we wanted. So the one copy of the pictures was copied. We cut the picture to fit on the back of our invitations. I asked the cost and that we only needed 35 copies on both sides and we would have 70 invitation. He didn't understand and asked this french girl. She didn't understand what we needed. We were there for over a hour. Trying to explain how to do what we wanted. I have made many invitations and have never had the problem I had to day with workers who did not know what they were doing. My friend was so frustrated we just about walked...
