I bought my wedding dress a year ago as Sposa Italia. I was with Nicolina the sales associate. She is such an amazing, helpful, patient non-pushy sales person. It is quite obvious that she cares about the customer and listened to what I WANTED! My cousin bought a dress from her too for her wedding last year and we both have nothing but amazing things to say about her.
We had a problem with my veil as there was a miscommunication between the owner and the seamstress where they added beads to my veil, even after I asked them not to because it was so expensive. This happened a week before my wedding and I budgeted accordingly and had no intention of paying more. Nicolina was so amazing! She was listening and patient she looked for other veils to use in the store, she offered to buy several lace pieces to add to a new veil and make it for me the way I wanted and she spoke with the owner explaining the Problem. In the end I was offered the beaded veil for the price I was quoted before... What I wanted and what I was willing to pay! Not once did she turn me away! She was so concerned about customer satisfaction! I can not say enough about how great and amazing she is at her job! Sposaitalia is lucky to have such an amazing sales associate that attracts customers and my film back into the store to buy more dresses. Not only are the dresses beautiful there but her help is what made me buy from this store! Love you girl xoxo
