First issue: I had to drive an hour to Newmarket to pick up my bricks because they would not deliver them to the location that I purchased them at.
Second Issue: they gave me a product that was not what I had wanted. I had given them very specific specs regarding what I needed and they had promised that this particular product met those needs. Once I brought it home, it was not at all what I had asked for. When I complained they said that there was nothing that they could do about it and that there is NO refund OR EXHANGE. The general manager's attitude was not the quality that I would have expected from an established small business.
My recommendation: pay the extra dollar or so a square foot, go to Home Depot, Rona, Lowes, anywhere that stands behind their product.
