Terrible experience from lace....so dissapointing. 1 ordered 3 different items and 2 arrived with rips in the lace trim and one arrived with torn stitching. I emailed them to let them know and they proceeded to tell me that they could not check every item being sent out. Okay not any sort of apology for me I guess just a return email stating how to return the products. Now I have had to pay over twenty dollars to return torn items and they have told me that they will not reimburse the cost of shipping it back to them. This is within the 14 day return policy. Absolutely floored buy this terrible experience with Lace and will never recommend them or use them again.
