A disgruntled customer
Dear Readers, I signed up for a Front Entrance Fiberglass Door with ELBA Windows (Mississauga) Sales Representative, George Miller, on November 18, 2013. Estimated delivery time was 4 weeks. I didn't get the door installed until February 3, 2014 - some 10 weeks later. I started to see some stain that was starting to peel off from the outside in March 2015. I called both the owner of ELBA and the representative (Leonard and George Moller) about the stain issues. George came by to inspect the door early April 2015. As it was still cold and damp, George committed to sending someone at the end of April 2015 once the weather improved. It is now some eight (8) months and after numerous phone (20+) calls to both the owner and George and after repeated promises, they have yet to send anyone of fix the stain. My last conversation was with George Moller on December 1, 2015. His excuse was that it was now too cold and they would wait until the weather improved. I told him that I had had enough of their promises and told them that I would write poor reviews and post them also on the social media sites. George was very rude to me and threatened me and I hung up on him. George Moller promised post service and was just very eager to sign up the sale. After what I have gone through with ELBA Windows, I would NOT recommend them for any jobs.
