I came from Tokyo with 7 members and had 3-nights trip from Tronto to Cleveland Ohio in US. Our itinerary was too rough and had unknown situations because of the big event in Cleveland. But office manager helped me a lot to plan the trip. She always give me the response very quickly with appropriate advices.
Driver was also very polite, friendly and patient. Before the trip, I was very anxious about a driver with whom we will be together for 4 days. But Joe was very nice guy and he always said " no problem" and it made me releaved.
Streatched Car was gorgeous and had good enough size for 8 people with over week buggages.
