I have been going to Carte Blanche for 2 years now and have recommended it to many friends who have never been disappointed. I never have to wait, the staff is friendly and helpful and they never let me go without a drink :) I have been getting my hair done by Roy and my waxing and nails in the spa and it's always A+ service. I don't know about the review that says of a bad Brazilian wax since I've been getting mine done there for 2 years now and never had a problem. Maybe they hired someone new or out of school, but I wouldn't let it discourage you. I have seen 3 different girls for my waxing and it's always fast, clean and a much better experience than I've had in the past. These girls really know their stuff! All in all, a great great experience every time.
