Auto Value Hyundai is a phenomenal!!!
I had the pleasure dealing with Mike Cernick and Amelio Paparelli when I traded in my 2007 Lexus ES350 for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra SE /Navi. First and foremost AutoValue Hyundai is honest and forthright when it comes to your vehicle trade value and finance options. I actually got MORE for my vehicle trading it in than what I paid 6 months prior. Mike was kind, knowledgeable and he never pressured me into anything. I felt insanely comfortable dealing with Mike. Amelio is one of a kind. He's a diamond in the ruff. He is not your typical Manager. He breaks the mold!!! He get involved. He is always floating around the Sales floor. Not cooped up in some corner office never to be seen, only to be heard, like most dealership management. I got a GREAT deal, amazing VALUE, and I truly feel that I am a part of their families. A-MA-ZING!!! Hyundai Corporate is a different story though! Dealing with Hyundai Corporate has been the root of all evil. Who needs brakes at 20,000kms. I was better off dealing with Auto Value Hyundai. Don't be deterred, AV Hyundai will do everything within their power to make you happy. Hyundai's are great cars. I just happened to get a newer model that has some obvious issues with the braking system. Still not fixed might I add. I refuse to pay $700.00... BUT I do love the team at Auto Value Hyundai!!!
