Then the rude lady had trouble to find my vien - she stuck the needle into the muscle and that really hurts. Finally got the vien but did so much damage - the vien blew! She asked me what was wrong with me, your body must be so dry. Then tried another vien and did even more damage. With each failure or poor attempt the technician suggested that this was somehow my fault. I have had blood work a number of times and it went smoothly. This time it was poor technical skills and an equally poor technician's attitude. Getting blood work done is never easy, but this technician made the experience so much worse.
