My furnace failed. I called Filters St .Catherines, Ontario. Georgina was extremely helpful with locating the part I needed. Caroline, was not only providing service above and beyond but due to my having to drive for nearly 1 1/2 hours to get the part. The businesses hours were nearly done for the day, but Caroline arranged to meet me at the store so I could get what I needed and restore heat for my family that night.
