Sweet India - The Best Indian Food...

Hey Everyone!

Let me start off this review by saying if it was possible I would give Sweet India a rating a 4 "SAMOSAS", instead of 4 stars.

Sweet India has been a favourite of my family's for about 20 years. We recently went their for dinner and as always I truly enjoyed the food. The hilarious thing about their menu is that I always purchase the "Chana Bhatura" (Chick Peas & Fresh Rotis with Pickled Onions), which is one of the cheapest dishes on their menu, but my absolute favourite. It costs a whopping $2.57, and its a proper meal.

Just writing this review has got my taste buds craving some of their Indian delights. Its almost lunch...maybe I should head down.

If I am passing by restaurant and I don't have time to stay for a meal, I always make sure I get some samosas to go. Yes, they do take out too, samosas 3 for $1.00! They have the best samosas anywhere! Trust me on...

Selling Our Home With Home at Ease

Hello Everyone,

Once upon a time (3 months ago), my family had to put our home on sale. We were looking for a way to save money, so after some research we decided to put our humble abode on sale with Home at Ease Realty. Home at Ease agents will sale your home for 1% commission. We invited the agent to our home because we weren't we wanted to put our home on sale with a "discount real estate company". After our meeting with the Home at Ease agent we decided to go ahead and use Home at Ease.

We upset our family friend who is a Re Max agent by going with Home at Ease, not to mention we used this Re Max agent to sell our previous home. But our Re Max friend was not willing to go less than 2.5% and on a $500 000 that means a $10 000 savings going with Home at Ease.

After officially selling our last month, I can honestly say going with Home at Ease was the best decision. Not only was the agent very nice and...

Appliance Shopping at Sears - Square...

My family is moving into a new home in January and we are going to need a whole new set of appliances. So we decided to go to Sears in the Square One Shopping Mall. We just wanted to get some information and pricing. The Sales person we dealt with was very informative and answered all our questions.

We got a quotation on:
1) KitchenAid Fridge
2) KitchenAid Stove
3) KitchenAid Dishwasher
4) Kenmore Elite Washer & Dryer.

The quote we got was very competitive. A couple of reasons we are leaning towards purchasing our appliances from Sears is for one they will price match anything we purchase up to 30 days after our purchase. Plus, for Sears customers only KitchenAid is offering $550 in mail in rebates if you purchase your appliances before November 30, 2007. And we also get Sears points. In conclusion, it looks like my family will be purchasing our appliances through Sears.
