Therefore, (not to jeopardize 22nd's rating, I gave THEM the 4stars NOT confed), I give confed 1! On my visit I was sat within 20minutes. The girl (Kaylinn) was pleasant. This is where they got their rating of 1. As I sat in the chair, I showed her 2 pics of the cut that I wanted, except NOT short! She said, "I got it" Well, she didn't get it. She cut the back so short, so short, that I was almost crying. I gave her a tip, (what an idiot!) Because I listened to her struggling story. In the futureI have now decided not to tip, until I have gone home and after a week, seeing if the cut is really worth a tip, then i will go back and give the tip. I later called Kaylinn and told her that i was not happy with my cut that i recieved and that she cut it very short after i repeatedly said that i didn't want it short. She then told me that i was being rude. She got lounder and louder. After all of this, I spoke with manager Jamie. She was on the workers side. More or less saying that I am in the wrong, Kaylinn had the right to treat me that way. I said that all I was looking for was an apology. Nope, I was not getting one! I believe that Kaylinn, and now Jamie are wrong. NOT going there, nor anyone that I know!!!! Good Luck, k&j!
