12 years of religiously having my nails done, this is by far the worst experience I've had to endure in a salon. I walked in and asked if someone was available to do my nails, the response I received was a sarcastic and rude "do we look busy?" Near the end of receiving my service was told to go pick a colour, returned to my seat and had to wait for a client that came to change her polish. I requested the shape I preferred but got no response, thought maybe she didn't hear me so I asked a second time . The shape of my nails were the way she wanted it to be. I feel the same way as Mrs J Watson ..Very unfriendly Service.. I felt very uncomfortable, half way through I wanted to pay and just leave .
