I was told that everything was included in the price, however I had to pay $20 a day for pillows and sleeping bags(2), also charged me $150 for a cleaning fee because there was "Sand in the Van" obviously as we went to the beach, we had cleaned the van sorry I didn't have a vacuum with me, I'll bring one next time. Vans are old, engine light came on, on ours and I wouldn't rent it for anything longer then a weekend trip. We were told we could pick the van up at 9am but then had to wait around till 10 am until he went into town to sort out insurance even though he knew a week before that we were coming. This guy runs this business on the side from his current job and simply doesn't have skill to do so, when I returned the van he wasn't there to inspect the van but still managed to charge we $150, that's a lot of sand!! I call bullshit!!
