Pool pressure test results in pool...

Purewater came to my home to do a home inspection for a potential buyer. As part of the inspection, they did a pressure test. The next day our pool heater would not work. We contacted a heating company to look at our pool heater and they confirmed that the damage had been caused by the pressure test. Purewater refused to take ownership for the damage and would not compensation us for the $400 it cost to repair it. I am extremely disappointed, I would recommend that you not use this company for your pool inspection needs.

Despite detailed explanation from both our firm and an independent Pool Heater Specialist that a system pressure test cannot possibly do the damage she reported, this client chose to believe that Purewater damaged her pool heater. Purewater never worked on or near her heater, in fact the only person working on the heater was the client's husband (who, of course, could NEVER have damaged it...). She also allegedly paid $400 for a $30 pressure switch (a common wear part). Really nothing more to add.
