I called for an appointment to have my guinea pigs' nails trimmed on Thursday for Saturday and was given a 3:00 appointment. I rearranged my entire day for the sake of not having to leave her in my car while I did other errands . I arrive to at 3 and was told that the groomer had LEFT yup YES LEFT the store --no explanation no phone call.No manager on site. So I would give this store less than 1/2 a star if I could. The salesperson then told me it was her first day there.......she didn't even know how to respond she checked the booking log and said my name was scratched out- really i'm here so it wasn't me who cancelled was it.......So I went on my way and spent my hard earned money at Global Pets on Harwood -at least they appreciated my money!!!!!!! So much for shopping and supporting our INDEPENDENT shops which I try to do but when they are improperly managed and my time is wasted- obviously customer respect isn't a priority is it!!!
