It took me awhile to find a workout regimen that works for me. ILKB-Virginia Beach is smack in the middle of my work, my daughters school ad my residence. At first I was worried whether I am able to commit BUT GUESS WHAT? I have been attending for a week today! I look forward to coming everyday because the trainers and the members are motivated to get the results they want. So far, there has been no disappointment and I continue to give high regards to this place!
