There is no such thing as customer service with these guys.. Try calling their 1800 number and you will see what I mean. Their interest rates are through the roof and I believe are borderline illegal. for 150$ loan for instance, They request 60$ dollar payment bi-monthly. So basically in one month you pay 120$ to take out a 150$ loan and the is just fees by the way, you are still responsible for the principal. They will also ask for you online banking information to expedite your loan request!!! STAY AWAY!!!
