Not a great experience !!! After waiting in front of a closed office for over a 45 minutes after scheduled appointment for 8am. Not impressed with such service !!! If you have a appointment, the least you could do be available at that time. Very disappointed !!! By the time we were finally allowed in the office, there was 6 people waiting in the hallway at Sherwood Park office. I feel like I should sent them a bill for my time as they charge enough for their time !!!
