Bought a sectional that cost me 2600 two days later the usb charge port stopped working, then the whole sectional came undone (it refuses to stay together) called a tech (took them over 4 months to fix my couch) which they ended up having to replace that whole bottom portion. Still the sectional will not stay together. Tech come over and fixes it, not even 15 mins after he left it all came apart. I sent pictures to the tech and store. One nice woman at the store has been trying so hard to get me taking care of that she us even told customer service that my couch just needs to be replaced period. All now no answers, but they want to to come and pay for the rest of my order?? Are you fucking serious?? Never again, this place is a rip off and they don't stand behind their products! They only want you're money!
