DISAPPOINTED IN STAFF ATTITUDE We phone to see if they could board our cat for 6 weeks. They said they could & we arranged to visit to view.Some very nice cat enclosures & some not so nice.We requested one of the nicer units but we were told that we could not have one of those for that long a time which we thought was bizarre.Staff didn't seem to care whether or not we went there or not.Very disappointing.
