BUYER BEWARE!!!! On Dec.27,2012, I went to this Canadian Tire store in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, surprised my dad with a FLOOR model SNOW BLOWER, after using it for only 10 minutes, dad didn't like it, went to return it 2 hours from when I bought it, A rude manager by the name of Stephan along with another Manager by the name of Orlando and not to forget the cashier lady by the name of Louise, none of them were willing to help. So I called my credit card company and put this item on dispute, they did not refund my credit card, even after i left the snow blower at the return desk and left without it. Do yourself a favor and go to RONA, they have a HASSLE FREE return policy even if used for up to 30 days, and a friendly staff that wants to make customers happy. Canadian Tire will not be around much longer treating customers like this, we have the Internet to VOICE our concerns and you have BAD ATTITUDE employees, that should be fired from dealing with the public.
