If no stars was a choice I would have chosen it. They spilled bleach on my favourite blue dress. Ruined. It cost $165+ tax and is still sold in stores. I showed her the website as proof. Owner gave me $100 citing insurance wouldn't cover it. Caring for delicate clothing is THEIR BUSINESS. If they ruin it, they should replace it. I don't want $100, I want my favourite dress!! Why should I be out $85 because of their incompetence/mistake? Not right. Keep your clothing far away from this place!
