So disappointed in the customer service. Hired them to take us to a restaurant for a birthday celebration. Was great before we got in, as soon as we got to the restaurant the driver Gill asked us to take all of our coolers and belongings into the restaurant with us because he wasn't coming back. He was sending someone else. He didn't mention this to us before we brought all our stuff. We wouldn't have brought our cooler but seeing as we hired him for the night and with our previous limo rentals experiences we didn't expect any issue. Then when the other driver showed up he continuously called us while eating dinner telling us we needed to hurry up. When I went out to speak with him he told me to get everyone out as he had another pick up to make. He didn't have time to drive our friends home as we had hired them to do afterwards. When he dropped us off at home he dropped us at the end of our driveway in the middle of the country in pitch black. We have a horseshoe driveway so he didn't need to turn around at all. Once he had the doors closed he rushed away. Was THE WORST Limo service we have EVER encountered and we have rented many limos without any issue ever. Customer be warned!
