how shitty your service is !!!!!

i am so dispointed in the service i recieve consistently from your business on hespeler road. they specifically asked me if i wanted sauce and yet still forgot, also i asked for sour cream and chive potato and recieved no sour cream. when i called to complain about the meal, the person on the other end told me that all he will do is replace my potato, you screwed up the order, replace the whole thing, then when i said i would come in tom to pick up my new order, the male said "we are closing for a month tomorrow" (NOT TIL 2!!! so whats not to say i cant come in before 2pm.

i am so disappoined, and after tom, i will not be going back due to the lack of concern they have for there customers!
