Ottawa Towing Service Sucks

After the driver said he really shouldn't drag the car backwards down the road for over 200 metres, he continued to do so, because he did not want to drive all away around the block to pick the car up by the front end, this was during a heavystorm which left the roads clogged.

When the battery was repaired and the car was driven for the very first time since the tow, the drive was extremely dangerous and all over the road. Of course an expensive front end alignment fixed the problem but when I called Ottawa Towing Service at 613-746-9004 and enquired about making a claim I was handed to a woman named Cheryl who became rude beligerant and denied any of their drivers would do any such damage or tow a car in that way. She continued arguing the facts I had given and instead of starting a claim, she said she was going on vacation next week so I would have to call after she returned and hung up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OTTAWA TOWING SERVICE TO ANYONE. Good Luck

Rochester Auto Centre - Rochester...

I want to warn any potential customers of this Ottawa Garage and Auto Sales business.

After leaving my car at Rochester Auto Centre, 148 Rochester Street, in Ottawa, Ontario, to have an engine replaced in my Honda Accord. It was agreed upon by the business owner Joseph Vahidi (May not be his real name, he used a different spelling in Court than he gave me in person) that he would remove the damaged engine from my car and have the low mileage replacement motor, I purchased separately, installed in the car.

After having the used motor I purchased that ran perfectly, delivered to the shop, I anticipated an easy installation and no further problems with the used motor.

Shortly hereafter I received a notice in the mail saying my car had been ticketed and towed from a private lot next to the garages lot where I had last seen my car. I immediately went to Rochester Auto and enquired into why my car had been towed and why it was on...

I find the comments of this poster most amusing. First, he speaks about his opinion of Mr. Vahidi's English, when clearly the poster's English, as written, is about Grade 2. Second, he lacks the courage to mention the name of the 'offending' judge and that of the 'offending' crown attorney--rendering his own sense of justice rather skewed. Third, his story is an utter canard, if one gets the story straight from the owner, and, for the record, the owner goes by Joseph because his given names, which can be transliterated at least two ways into mainstream English phonics, are hard to handle the by the average Canadian, especially one with a Grade 2 education. Case closed, and have a nice day.
