False Delivery info

Ordered item on Jan 4/13. 3 weeks later and its still processing. So much for 4-8 days delivery! To there credit they did get back to me 3 days after I emailed and told me they were out of stock. Apparently according to the other reviews they stock nothing because everyone gets the same story. I would have no problem if they were to be honest and say it will be 4-6 weeks delivery because they were out of stock and show that on the website, this was supposed to be a gift for my wife's birthday and I thought I was ordering with tons of time 3 weeks early, NOT the case. Her Birthday is now done and no gift arrived. They told me they would give me free express shipping, a lot of good that is now! I will wait patiently for the delivery and then never order from this website again. I gave them 2 stars because they did get back to me and offered free express shipping, too little too late. Just be upfront guys and you could avoid a lot of these complaints.
