UNTIL THE SALE WAS COMPLETED after signing I was pretty much forgotten , my vehicle was not detailed was not full of fuel. The windows still had stickers on them I had to track someone down to get them removed. I had to learn the instrument panel by myself. Yes not a big deal. But I have owned and purchased many vehicles and this is the first time no one went thru the operations of the dash board Wishing I went to Ford It has been over a month and not one follow up call
