We brought our xc90 in to vwag with the complaint of major clunking on acceleration . they replaced cv shaft and motor mounts .We paid cash ,mistake, the mounts were fine but destroyed on removal. The cv shaft is totally ok as the joint and splines show minimal wear.The problem ended up being in the transfer case which we supplied and they installed . All is fine now except we are out 2400 dollars and vwag will not compensate. We have been loyal customers for the past 450000 k . All service and repairs were at vwag, as we even bought the car there. We were looking to purchase another new car from vwag but since this incident we are now thinking Lexus .
