Everything worked out well as planed, the team was very attentive, they know what to do and what not to do. Very systematic moving, the truck leave exactly on time and arrived exactly on time. Due to their business practices, I cannot recommend B52. These people are con artists. This was not what I was told or agreed to. "Firm quote" of 1700 became 2650 when the guys showed up. I was not surprised since many of B52s reviews pointed out their bait and switch history. The movers insisted I had more than I was quoted for. This was not true. I've been figuring cubic feet for 50 years as part of my job. I tried to call Kelly who had been my contact at B52. No answer. No answer at the company at all. My choice was to pay the extra or find someone else. I paid since this was a scheduled move that involved more than just them. The movers showed up with a truck that could not fit up my driveway. I had told Kelly about my narrow, steep drive. She told me they would send a "shuttle." I used my own truck to move things to their truck.
The movers were very good at their job and very courteous.
I was also told I could charge 60% today, but have to have cash or a certified check on the other end. I paid the 60% in hopes I will get back to the original price although I doubt I will. Unless I get some monetary recompense, I will not use B52 again.

Terrific. B52 Van Lines made my life easy during a time that is normally stressful. The moving crew were very professional and delivered on everything they promised. They took care of all the disassembly and reassembly of furniture which was really comforting. The moving team is very fast and efficient while still taking care to not damage anything. I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I am really amazed at how well this company operates. I was expecting just your typical moving company, but they really went out of their way and it was the easiest move I have ever had! They loaded the truck very carefully and worked hard until all was done.

I used B-52 to move A LOT of furniture from a two bedroom apartment. They really took care of my things and took a bit longer than usual since I moved from a high floor but it was all in good faith to keep my belongings in good condition. They showed me that they were true professionals.

I moved to Texas two weeks ago, the move went well, Kelly my agent was SUPER helpful and the moving guys were really professional all the way.

Great and flexible movers. I had to change several aspects of my move and they were always able to accommodate me with no fees. The move itself was simple so I would definitely recommend!

Moving guys had good hygiene – were properly dressed and well-prepared for my move. They properly loaded the try and never left a single box behind. They were also careful. Very honest with their price, arrival time and truck capacity. They strictly followed my instructions and placed boxes according to their labelled areas. Truly a reliable moving company!

B52 provided an amazing service They were professional, courteous and honest. I will definitely be using them again for future moves. They were efficient and really careful with all our valuables. At our new house, they took the time to bring everything in with pads so the hardwood floors or walls didn’t get damaged. When reassembling the furniture that needed it, they also were really careful so that it was done right. They only had trouble with the bunk bed but were really upfront and said that they were afraid it wasn’t going to be done right by them and were looking out to be safe, so they gave me a refund to pay for a professional handyman to do it which I really appreciate.

B52 did such a great job and were such an excellent team that I wanted to honor their hard work by writing a review. They worked for hours without breaking a sweat! I would highly recommend them! I want to do a special mention to Amanda who was my sales rep, she was fantastic too.

I moved a few weeks back with B52 and it went well. The staff is really professional and courteous, definitely know what they are doing and do it right. I did have to pay more than my original quote as I had more items to move, of course I wasn’t happy with this but then again it was my responsibility to update them with my inventory list so I can’t blame anyone. Putting that aside, they provide excellent service.

B52 did a great job with my move starting from my conversations with Amanda over the phone all the way to the guys on delivery. It was a flawless move of which I really want to thank everyone for. What really called my attention was their delicacy yet efficient way of packing and loading all my items, you can tell their employees have been there a while as they were true professionals. I got my things a week later as well which was fantastic !!

The nature of my job makes me move a lot so I have been around the block! The moving company that has impressed me the most over these years would be B52, hands down! They are professional, give no false promises and tell everything up front all in all with competitive rates. Great work!

B52 van lines was great. They were super patient with us as we were still packing during the initial truck loading. All of our furniture was well prepped for the journey across th country relocation, with nothing broken along the way. We couldn't have been more pleased after we unloaded into our new place knowing that the guys cared for our stuff during the move. Thanks again yall!!!

I had a great experience with B52. I emailed them for an estimate and they called me within the next 5 minutes. They moved our 3 bedroom house in record time. I had never seen movers this efficient. They made my day a lot less stressful and I barely had to do anything. They were all really nice guys! I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful experience with the B52 van lines guys that helped me move last week. They were prompt, also very efficient with their time, friendly, polite, and really respectful. I was especially impressed with how properly trained they were when it came to moving large and heavy items. The three guys from B52 van lines that helped us out were fantastic and it's wonderful to see and sense their enthusiasm for the business model. The entire experience was excellent and easy from quote to final move in. John was extremely helpful in quoting out my move and setting up times. The pricing was accurate and very reasonable for long distance moves. The movers were quick, friendly, on-time and exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not recommend B52 van lines more.

We used b52 van lines to move from our 1 bedroom apt to a town home in a different state. The movers arrived on time at 9 am and worked until 12 pm to get everything safely in the truck! They were fast, friendly and efficient. We had some huge items I was worried about, but they wrapped them so well I’m confident I’ll get them as new. Also had some very tight stairs to get all these items up, but they worked so hard to make it all fit up the stairwell and got super creative with the furniture! There's no way we could have made this move without them, we will definitely be using b52 services from now on!

These guys were fantastic. The moving team showed up early with a huge new truck, ample extra boxes, tape, and supplies. The guys had to hike up 41 steps with most of our 3 bedroom house and never a complaint. The most impressive thing about these guys was their attitude. It was a great move and made more enjoyable because of the great attitude. The move was fast and the boxes were put exactly where we needed (this is a big one that most movers miss). These are the only movers I am going to use when moving out of the Bay Area.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really felt the need to after my experience with B52. I just want to use this method to say thank you for making my life a whole lot easier! My move was stress free, it was a great service and in no doubt I would call Amanda again if I move again.

First let me say we moved from the east coast 3 years ago where half our stuff was stolen and the other half was broken when it arrived. But not with these guys, this company has restored my faith in movers! When the B52 Van lines team arrived I was already very overwhelmed but within minutes I realized it was going to be a good day, they were very nice since ‘hello’. The whole process was different from the start, they went over the paperwork and the expectations of the entire move, these guys were fun and very professional. They pointed out every fragile piece that needed extra wrapping. They made a small rip in the bottom side of a couch getting it down a narrow staircase and made me aware right away- it really was unavoidable, this is the only reason why I can’t give them a perfect score, though they deserve it. When we got to the new house they didn't know we had hardwood floors and that we’d need extra care before placing any furniture, they figured it out somehow so at the end it was intact! Thanks again guys for an overall great experience :) I know this is long but wanted to make sure I hit on everything. These guys worked their butts off for us and we really appreciate it!

Highly recommend b52! I was very impressed with their speed wrapping and loading all my stuff into their truck, even having to disassemble some big items we were moving. By the time they delivered my stuff in Texas they reassembled everything back without any extra charges as promised on the phone. So thankful!!
