service from Peter and Mark from beginning to end. They've been supportive, informative,

My son was on his first day in Toronto when a high speeding taxi took out his vehicle. His car was towed to Academy Auto Collision for repair work to be done. At this point he was still in shock from the accident Mark stepped in once my son arrived at A A C. He guided him and me in Ottawa through the process of what had to be done, he dealt promptly with our insurance company. Our car was written off by the insurance. Now another AAC employee Peter started to help, he reviewed our car and got us a fair market value price for us get the highest value from the insurance. He then walked us through the write off process and how to deal with the insurance company. We were very lucky with no injuries and ending up at a unknown business like AAC. AAC went way beyond what they needed to do, they were not making any money from this job since the car was written off. As an old family business customer service is shown to be a very high priority with these guys. They got us through a very rough time. I would highly recommend them to anyone w
